  • Program/Project Master Program and establish major milestones and events, in accordance Project Development Strategy & Packages and other project parameters, obligations and constraints

  • Program/Project Chart of Accounts in integration with Project Master Program and WBS

  • Cost Control and cost allocation

  • Project Cash Flow projection in accordance with Project Master Program and Project Development stages/phases, packages & SPVs, etc.

  • Project Financial Summary (revenue vs. costs, contingency, escalation and management reserve, gross and net margin)
